 | I have a shelf full of cookery books and had limited success. When I cook I want the results to be worth the effort, and this is a great little book with easy foolproof recipes. If you have been frustrated by recipes not looking like the picture and not tasting as good as how you imagined, finally this book really delivers.
So far I have tried the chocolate brownies, chocolate mousse and chocolate pecan fondants and have had rave reviews. Finally a book that has restored confidence in my culinary skills and managed to satisfy the chocoholic in me.
I am going to check out BBC's other titles.
