A to Z Practical Learning Strategies Book

This book provides busy teachers with a range of stimulus ideas for practical learning strategies to use in their teaching. It is not designed to give fully worked out lesson outlines or to provide all the answers in encouraging active participation. Rather it is offered as a stimulus for ideas, thought and action. The introductory section addresses some issues surrounding active learning and spiritual and moral development within the context of Religious Education. It does however have wider application to other areas of the curriculum such as PHSE or English. It is also applicable to the whole area of Citizenship. Many of the learning strategies suggested are suitable across the age and ability ranges.
