I-Spy Children's Books Return

08 January 2010

The Pocket-sized 'I-Spy' books, which were originally created by Charles Warrell in 1948, are set to make a comeback nationwide.

With titles like I-Spy on the Road and I-Spy Cars, the tiny books were designed for keeping children quiet whilst travelling and when every item in the book had been seen by the child, they could send-off the book and receive a special 'I-Spy' badge in return.

Now, after a long absence, Michelin, who bought the 'I-Spy' label in 1991, will be releasing a new range of books, including I-Spy on a Car Journey,  I-Spy Birds,  I-Spy Cars and I-Spy Nature and they will be sold in big-named stores such as Waterstones, WHSmith and online at Amazon.
