This books is an excellent guide to the technique of mindfulness. In essence mindfulness is so simple and yet extremely effective. It's something that we all forget to do, and this book serves as a powerful reminder for it. The authors are free of academic jargon and are clearly passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of mindfulness, and the book is clearly not just for people who might be suffering from depression.
