If you are a Sharpe fan, then this is a nice short story to add to the collection. However DO NOT expect this to be a novel, it's really just like a couple of chapters from a regular Sharpe novel. Saying that, Cornwell manages to get love, plot, betrayal and the obligatory battle into 64 pages! I would have felt short changed on value for money, but seems it's for charity, so won't complain. read more.
