Quit Smoking Today Without Gaining Weight (Book & CD)

 
I had high hopes for this book, The book itself isn't that long, a couple or 3 hours will finish it, Its full of visualisation exercises and a bit of psychology. The CD is about 30 mins long, I listened to it for 2 weeks and it was painful. I found myself getting bored each time about 10 mins in. He tells you to count down from 300, but when you reach 0 thats is, now what do I do?? Didn't work for me at all but may work for you read more.
