 | I have most of Delia's book but this is the first book from "the Delia Collection" that I have read and used.
Firstly it is a beautiful book to look at. The cover, photography and very easy to follow recipes.
Secondly the recipes are stunning. Some of them I have baked before from her other books but just using this book is a pleasure so I use it for even familiar recipes. All of them have been well received.
