 | A slightly different rhythm from Julia Donaldson's usual rhyming books, but this one is a gorgeous treat to read aloud for that reason. I've begged my husband to stop doing Tiddler with a cockney accent, he enjoys himself far too much and is terrible at it. I happen to deliver the definitive version, and it's the book we both hope our daughter will ask for at bedtime. Fun, funny, and a bit subversive in that the liar isn't punished! read more.
