 | I have been teaching French to adult beginners using this book for the past two/three years and I think it is very good with the right support. I cannot see that one can learn French from scratch with it, but then I don't believe anyone can learn a language with a book and a cd pack only. It uses very practical language and by the end of the book my students are confident enough to go to France and have a good basic conversation with French people. read more.
