 | This is an excellent genetics book for medical students. It has a strong emphasis on clinical genetics including frequent clinical commentary boxes on common and interesting conditions. There is an appropriate level of detail about the science behind genetics and these are often illustrated with clinical examples. It manages to cover a surprisingly large number of diseases in considerable depth. The index is well populated with exotic names of rare diseases along with the more common essentials. All in all this is a very engaging and readable book that should keep you enthralled as you confront the nucleus. read more.
