 | Having seen a TV programme on Japanese culture, that touched on the theme of 'Love Hotels' and also working in the field of interior design, I thought this would be an interesting addition to my coffee table collection. However, on receipt I was very disappointed. The photos within mostly depicted quite shabby, seedy, bland, uninspired so-called 'themed rooms' rather than the amazing, over the top 'design fests' that I had been expecting. I guess my disappointment is more for the actual quality of the hotels rather than the book itself. I certainly won't be rushing to make a reservation having seen whats on offer!! read more.
